SHOPPING GUIDELINES
Please take time to read Arasseonni's Shopping Guidelines before ordering :)
1. Product
All items are PRE-ORDER unless stated otherwise. All items are official and imported straight from South Korea.
All KPOP albums are counted in Hanteo and Gaon charts.
2. Product Availability
Please note that Korean supplier also supplies distributors other than Arasseonni. This being said, fast-selling albums
especially new releases can be sold-out without prior notice. If this is the case, refunds will be available.
3. Estimated Time of Arrival
Transit time to Philippines is 4-5 weeks after cut off of orders. Please also consider customs processing and local delivery to PH warehouse can affect the ETA.
4. Poster Information
Free posters are only available for buyers who avail the album before its release date. Each agencies usually supplies limited
posters only. For this, Arasseonni will prioritize customers who paid earlier. We will notify each buyers for the status of the batch for transparency. If poster is still available even after the release date, there will be an extra charge for the poster.
5. Payment Method
Bank Deposit (BDO/BPI)
If paid over the counter, take a CLEAR picture of deposit slip or receipt and send via Email.
If paid via online banking, take a screenshot of transaction and send via Email.
Online Transfers (PAYMAYA/GCASH)
Take a CLEAR picture of receipt and send via Email.

Payment details will be sent to confirmed buyers only.

No proof of payment means payment is still PENDING. Please make sure to settle the payment on or before the
deadline to avoid any delays in shipment.
6. INSTALLMENT POLICY
60% Down payment is accepted- deadline is every 20th of the month.
40% Remaining balance shall be paid on the batch's ETA.

Please note that Arasseonni will only secure PAID orders.
7. Delivery and Shipping Rates
Rates via LBC/GOGO Express only.
Please make sure the Shipping Address is correct and complete. If the buyer think his location is hard to find, the buyer may leabe a note upon checkout of his order. Arasseonni will not be liable in any misdelivery.
Arasseonni will send the buyer's tracking number upon shipment via Email, the buyer then, can personally track his item.

Arasseonni will not be held liable for any damage occurred during transit once the courier picked the item from us. Rest assured, Arasseonni will properly and carefully pack the buyer's item/s before shipping out.
8. Order Status
Arasseonni will give an access to BOR and FB GROUP to the buyer after the payment is settled.

FB GROUP - Where the seller post any update (arrived items, delayed items, etc)
