Step 3: Add to Cart and Checkout.
Step 4: Wait for order confirmation and payment details via Email.
Step 5: Settle payment on your chosen method.

What is the availability of the products?

All items are available unless stated otherwise. Fast-selling album (especially new releases) can be sold out without prior notice. In case you paid yet the album is sold out, we will honor a refund. All updates regarding with your order will be emailed to you.

What are the inclusions of the album?

All album is complete inclusions and sealed. Except if there's a pre-release benefit like like poster, only buyer who made full payment before the release date of the album can secure a poster. If you buy after the release date, poster is always depends on availability.

Can I change and/or cancel my order?

CHANGING order/s is only possible as long as you still haven't paid for it. However, if payment is made, you can only ADD item/s not change. CANCELLING order/s will be marked as joy reserver and will be blocked on our page.

Can I pay in installment?

Yes you can! At least 60% (item/s + estimate shipping fee) down payment will be required
once you order from us. You can pay the remaining balance once the item has arrived in
our place. We will only ship your item once fully paid.

How much is your shipping fee?

Shipping fee always depends on the location, weight, size, pouch (or cargo) used. We use LBC and GGX also LALAMOVE for same-day delivery.

Cut off: 18th of the month
DOP for 60% DP: 20th of the month
Order to supplier: 21st of the month
3-5 business days processing before shipping starts
Transit to Manila: 3-4weeks

Yes! Our suppliers from South Korea is registered to Hanteo and Gaon charts.

Refund: Only applies to sold out items. In case you paid yet your item is not available
Return and Exchange: NO. Suppliers in South Korea don't entertain this
